Real Impact
OCC Children’s Ministry is a fun, safe, and engaging place where kids from birth through 4th grade can learn about Jesus in a way they’ll understand and enjoy.
Each week, our team of trained and background-checked volunteers creates age-appropriate environments filled with worship, Bible stories, hands-on activities, and lots of energy.
Our goal is to partner with families to help kids know God, grow in faith, and build a foundation that lasts. We can’t wait to welcome your child!
First Steps
Birth - 2-Year-Olds
First Steps is our childcare
for our youngest children
(infants – 2 years old).
At OCC we recognize that
those early years are a time
of incredible developmental growth, so our infant, one-year-old, and two-year-old rooms are designed as fun, safe, and loving environments where children can learn, move, and interact with
each other.

Kids Clubhouse
Pre-school & Pre-K
Kids Clubhouse is our preschool, pre-k, and kindergarten ministry for children 3-years-old through kindergarten during our 9:45 and 11:00 am services. It's a safe, caring, and fun space where little ones can begin learning about Jesus through age-appropriate teaching, songs, and activities.
Our team loves creating a place where preschoolers - kindergarteners feel comfortable, cared for, and excited to come each Sunday.

Kids City
1st - 4th Grade
Kids City Sunday School is our Sunday morning small group learning at 9:45. We have individual classes for each grade. Kids love building safe and loving relationships with the teachers who care so much for them.
Kids City Worship is our fun, high-energy worship experience at 11:00 where children get to express their growing love for God through songs, prayer, and engaging Bible teaching.

Live Wire
Grades 1st - 4th
Live Wire is our midweek program for kids in 1st–4th grade, packed with fun, faith, and hands-on learning. Every Wednesday night from 6:30–8:00 pm, kids dive into Bible lessons through games, activities, and experiments that bring God’s Word to life. It’s free, it’s high-energy, and it’s a great place to grow in faith and friendships!

Our Children’s Ministry is designed for children from birth through 4th grade. Each age group has a space created just for them, with activities and teaching that fit their stage of development. Whether your child is a toddler, preschooler, or elementary student, they’ll be in an environment where they can learn about God in ways that are fun, engaging, and easy to understand.

Kids enjoy a safe, energetic, and meaningful experience built just for them. Each week includes age-appropriate Bible teaching, music, games, and interactive activities that help kids understand and apply what they’re learning. Our goal is for every child to feel welcomed, build friendships, and grow in their understanding of God’s love.

If your child needs you for any reason, our team will contact you right away during the service. When you check in, you’ll receive information about how we can reach you quickly if needed. Our goal is to make sure both you and your child feel comfortable and cared for throughout the service.

We want every child to feel safe, supported, and included. If your child has allergies, medical needs, or special considerations, please let our team know when you arrive. We’ll do our best to work with you to create an environment where your child can participate comfortably and confidently.

When you arrive, our team will help you check your child in at our Childrens Ministry check-in area. You’ll receive a secure name tag for your child and a matching pick-up tag for you. This helps us ensure that every child is returned to the correct parent or guardian after the service. When the service ends, simply bring your pick-up tag back to your child’s classroom and our team will reunite you with your child.

It’s completely normal for kids to feel a little unsure the first time. Our volunteers are great at helping kids feel welcome and comfortable right away. You’re always welcome to walk your child to their room, help them get settled, and introduce them to the leader. Most kids warm up quickly once they start meeting friends and jumping into the activities, but we’ll always work with you to make sure your child feels safe and supported.
